About Holistic Medication
Better Health
Holistic treatments consist of a natural form of medicine used by over 200 million people worldwide to treat both acute and chronic conditions. The holistic nature means each person is treated as a unique individual and their body, mind, spirit and emotions are all considered in the management and prevention of disease.
Taking all these factors into account, the most appropriate remedy on your individual’s specific symptoms and personal level of health will stimulate your own healing ability.
My holistic medicines are safe to use, they use micro dose of natural substances (remedies) to guide the body and mind to heal itself. An extremely high dilution enhances the medicine’s healing properties and eliminates harmful side effects, something that in large doses creates the symptoms of a disease, will, in a highly diluted state, cure it.

What to expect
A consultation is a non-judgmental, confidential, safe and supportive environment. Everything you say is held in the strictest confidence to find the right remedy for you. Consultations allow the practitioner to have a detailed understanding of who you are, along with any complaints - physical, mental, and emotional, and how you experience them which is needed to assess your case. This helps to work out and match all your symptoms to fit a specific remedy.
This is the best way for you to achieve relief, strength, well-being and maintain your good health. The first consultation can take up to two hours and about one hour for children. Subsequent appointments are usually made at four to six weekly intervals and last between 30 minutes to an hour. The number of appointments you need depends on how long you have had your health problem., a good rule of thumb is that you will need one month of treatment for every year you have had your illness symptoms. So, if you’ve been unwell for 5 years, you can expect to have five or six consultations over a period of around 6 months. Usually, people feel an improvement in how they feel soon after beginning treatment.
Does alternative medication work?
Yes, it does. For example, if homeopathy really is just a placebo, then how do we explain the following?
-
The existence of positive, high quality, placebo-controlled trials? The most recent of these studies, published in 2014, found that homeopathic medicines, when prescribed during individualised treatment, are 1.5-2.0 times more likely to have a beneficial effect than placebo.36
-
In laboratory experiments, homeopathic medicines have been shown to exert effects in white blood cells, cancer cells, tadpoles and plants (Belon’s work with histamine inhibited the allergic response in human white blood cells. Endler’s work with thyroxine slowed down the metamorphosis of tadpoles).37
-
The observed effects of treatment on animals38 and babies.
-
The dramatic reduction (84%) in Leptospirosis infection rate observed in 2007 when the Cuban government, which did not have time to produce vaccines for the entire population during an epidemic outbreak, gave a homeopathic medicine to 2.3 million people.39
What research is there ?
A handful of documents are often cited as evidence that there is no benefit to alternative treatment like homeopathic treatment. However, the processes and methodologies used for these papers have been exposed for being flawed, unscientific and biased.
The Australian Report
In March 2015, the Australian National Health and Medical Research Council (NHMRC) published an information paper on homeopathy, commonly referred to as “The Australian Report”.16 This report initially concluded that “there are no health conditions for which there is reliable evidence that homeopathy is effective.” However, an extensive investigation into this report revealed evidence of serious procedural and scientific misconduct,17 including the fact that the published report was NHMRC’s second attempt - a first report written in 2012 was never disclosed to the public.
In August 2019, after a long campaign by stakeholders and the general public, NHMRC finally released the first report18 in which the author had concluded that “there is encouraging evidence for the effectiveness of homeopathy”. A few days later, the CEO of NHMRC, Professor Anne Kelso stated that “contrary to some claims, the review did not conclude that homeopathy was ineffective”.19
